To maintain the highest standards of food safety, please be aware that items not picked up without prior notice to the store will be disposed of. We prioritize the well-being of our customers, and unfortunately, in such cases, refunds or replacements will not be available.
You have the flexibility to cancel the item up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date and time. Cancellations cannot be accommodated on the selected pick-up date.
Our pickup service is exclusively available for Sushi and Sashimi Platter items. If your order includes other items, we will ensure their safe delivery to the shipping address you provided.
