Change Shipping Address

Please note that change information to orders such as modifying the delivery address, adding or removing items, or altering the delivery date are not permitted after 30 min as the order has been placed. Therefore, if you need to make any adjustments, please cancel the existing order within 30 min and then create a new one.

We would like you inform you that our current order processing time is 1-2 business days, and we ship packages from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. If your order is still being prepared or has been shipped but not yet delivered, we may be able to assist you with rerouting the packages.


Rerouting In-Transit Packages to a New Address

If your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, a fee of $5 will be charged to your original payment method. Upon receiving your payment, we will request the carrier to reroute the package before it reaches its final destination. Please allow up to 24 hours for the address update to take effect. Once a package has been delivered or loaded onto the driver's truck for delivery, we are unable to reroute it.


Third-Party Shipped Items

Items shipped by a third party will be delivered in separate packages. However, if the package is already in transit or has been delivered, we may be unable to change the shipping information.


H Mart Online is not responsible for lost packages or delivery failures resulting from an incorrect shipping address, P.O. Box, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO). Claims for refunds and replacements will be limited. We cannot guarantee the condition of items if the delivery was delayed due to an incorrect address.
