Please remember that cancellations are only possible within 30 minutes after placing an order. Changes such as modifying the delivery address, adding or removing items, or altering the delivery date are not permitted after the order has been placed. Therefore, if you need to make any adjustments, please cancel the existing order and create a new one.
- If you wish to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, please log in to our website and go to My Order => Order History => Order Detail => Click "Order Cancellation". Your order status will then change to "Cancelled".
- If more than 30 minutes have passed since placing your order and you have any questions or concerns regarding it, please feel free to contact us. Please note, however, that cancellations may not be possible once the order has already been shipped or depending on the order status.
