Changing/Canceling an Order

Please remember that cancellations are only possible within 30 minutes after placing an order. Changes such as modifying the delivery address, adding or removing items, or altering the delivery date are not permitted after the order has been placed. Therefore, if you need to make any adjustments, please cancel the existing order and create a new one.

  • If you wish to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, please log in to our website and go to My Order => Order History => Click "Order Cancellation". Your order status will then change to "Cancelled".
  • If more than 30 minutes have passed and you still wish to cancel your order, please contact us.
