Direct Delivery Refund

Direct Delivery is a delivery service where you can choose your own delivery date at the time of ordering.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or our driver cannot access the building, a phone call or text will be made to the contact number given to the order.

If we can't get in touch with the recipient, the package will be left at the building and a photo of the delivered package will be sent to the receiver's email. We highly recommend picking up the package immediately to avoid delivery accidents. We are not responsible for lost packages or spoilage of the food due to late pick-up.

If the package can not be left at the building or if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the following item's price will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • Return fee of $15.98
  • Refrigerated items
  • Frozen items
  • Fresh items such as meat, seafood, produce, prepared meals, and side dishes

Unfortunately, we cannot ensure compliance with the delivery instruction request provided.

 

P.O. Box address directed to school

Please check if the school receives and holds your packages before placing an order. We still need a full street address. If you have a mailbox number, please enter it as Address 2 at checkout. We cannot ensure compliance with the delivery instruction request provided.

 

3rd Party Shipping Items

All items shipped by 3rd-party vendors will be delivered in separate packages. Those items are not eligible for direct delivery on the selected date.
