Direct Delivery is a delivery service where you can choose your own delivery date at the time of ordering.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or our driver cannot access the building, a phone call or text will be made to the contact number given to the order.
Once the delivery is completed, a notification will be sent via text message to the recipient's contact number. We highly recommend picking up the package immediately to avoid delivery accidents. We are not responsible for lost packages or spoilage of the food due to late pick-up.
Direct Delivery orders with a scheduled delivery date cannot be canceled on the day of delivery.
If the package cannot be left at the building, the address is incorrect, or we are unable to reach the customer, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the price of the following item(s) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

- Frozen items
- Fresh items such as meat, seafood, produce, prepared meals, and side dishes
