Expiration Date Policy

The majority of our products are imported goods, and some items may have a short shelf life. To ensure the freshness and quality of our products, please review the following refund guidelines carefully.

1. General Refund Guidelines
Refunds are eligible within one month from the delivery date. When requesting a refund, please attach a clear photo showing the item’s expiration date as printed on the packaging. Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Flash Sale,” or “Short-dated” are not refundable.

2. Dairy Products
Refunds for dairy items (milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.) are only accepted for products with at least two weeks remaining before the expiration date.

3. Items Excluded from Claims Unless Expired on Delivery
The following items are generally not refundable unless their expiration date is before the delivery date:
* Kimchi
* Side dishes
* Produce
* Eggs
* Milk, Dairy Products
* Tofu
* Meat products

4. Tips for Customers
Always check the expiration date when your order arrives.
Contact us with the required photo as soon as possible to ensure a smooth refund process.
