Direct delivery service is a shipping service where the delivery date is determined by the customer. which will be delivered from Monday to Saturday, 11 AM - 9 PM (EST).
There will be no deliveries on Sundays and Holidays, and it cannot guarantee the delivery time in advance or meet the specific time window.
If delivery cannot be completed on your desired date due to weather or road conditions, every effort will be made to notify you immediately.
Please note that PO Box addresses are not accepted, and when delivering to a school, it is essential to provide the full street address.
