Direct Delivery Service is a shipping service where the delivery date is determined by the customer, with deliveries made from Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 9 PM (EST). There will be no deliveries on Sundays and holidays, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or meet a specific time window.
If delivery cannot be completed on your desired date due to weather or road conditions, every effort will be made to notify you immediately.
Please note that PO Box addresses are not accepted, and when delivering to a school, it is essential to provide the full street address.
Delivery updates will be sent via text to the mobile number you provided when placing your order. If the delivery driver cannot access the delivery address, they may contact you by phone. Please make sure to answer calls on the delivery day to avoid delays.
Direct Delivery orders with a scheduled delivery date cannot be canceled on the day of delivery.
