At H Mart Online, we offer three delivery services: Ground Delivery (for domestic shipping within the U.S.), Direct Delivery (for scheduled delivery), and Gift to Korea (for shipping to Korea).
We deliver to most addresses within the 48 contiguous states excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
P.O. Box, Army Post Office (APO), and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not available for delivery.
P.O. Box address directed to school
Please check if the school receives and holds your packages before placing an order. We still need a physical address with P.O. Box for delivery.
All packages addressed to students on campus (institution) must have a street address, the residence hall name and room number.
Please contact us in advance if there is anything that we have to note in regard to your institution’s policy.
Delivery instructions can be indicated in the delivery comment at the customers' convenience, yet the request stated cannot be guaranteed.
The compensation or reimbursement due to failure to follow the delivery comment will be limited.
