2. Service Hours & Delivery Times
- Order Cut-off: Order by 5:00 PM for Same-Day Delivery.
- Delivery Window: Deliveries are made between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Scheduled Delivery: Select your preferred 2-hour window at checkout for a seamless experience.
- Customer Service Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET).
3. Shipping Fee & Policy
- Same-day delivery fee: $9.99 flat rate
- Free shipping thresholds and promotional offers do not apply to same-day delivery orders.
4. Coverage & Availability
How to Check: Eligibility is verified in real-time at the Checkout stage. If your address is within our current service radius and a driver is available, the "Uber Direct" option will automatically appear.
