You can check the order status and tracking numbers on My Orders. You need to log in to check the order status on our website.
You will also be notified via email when your order is shipped.
Tracking is available when the packages arrive at the carrier's facility. It may take 1-2 business days until shipment status is updated after shipping labels are created.
If you see the packages are Pending for delivery, it means the delivery is temporarily delayed due to various reasons by the carrier. E.g. weather, Incorrect address, recipient unavailability, and etc.
Please contact us if the shipping history is not updated after waiting a few days or you can not locate the delivered packages.
