Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Pre-order albums are sold through a separate ordering page from HMart.com.
This means:
- Pre-order items must be checked out separately from regular HMart.com orders.- They will ship separately, and you will receive a separate tracking number.
- Regular HMart.com orders cannot be combined with pre-order shipments.
- Orders containing multiple pre-order items will ship together once all items are available.
2. Shipping
- Handling & Delivery
-Standard Handling Time: 1–3 business days after the official release date. Estimated Delivery:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (via FedEx Ground)- U.S. Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (via FedEx Express)
- Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
- All shipments will be delivered via FedEx.
Shipping Fee Policy
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery ZIP code and may vary depending on distance, shipping method, and carrier rates.- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Shipping Address Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to: P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska & Hawaii, U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands - Please provide a valid U.S. street address for delivery. Orders placed with restricted addresses may be canceled or delayed.
Shipping Address Responsibilities
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including apartment/unit numbers).- Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses can be reshipped, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.
- Orders lost in transit due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer are not eligible for refund.
3. Return & Refund Policy
- All pre-order sales are final. Pre-orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once placed.
- Refunds will only be issued in the following cases (must be supported with an unboxing video before opening): Item is defective, Item arrives damaged, Item is incorrect, Missing contents
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the shipment date.
- To start a return, please contact our Customer Service for instructions and a return label.
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items, and approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 - 3 business days (processing times may vary by bank/card issuer).
- If your package is returned due to failed delivery or refusal without notice, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
4. Damages, Incorrect Items & Missing Contents
Damaged Items
- If your album or merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a complete unboxing video and photos.- Please note: outer packaging (album box, sleeve, case, etc.) is for protection only. Minor dents, scratches, or bends on the outer package are not considered damage and are not eligible for refund.
- Incorrect Items
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a complete unboxing video and photos. Missing Contents
- Albums sometimes include random contents (photo cards, posters, etc.).- If inclusions are missing, you must provide a complete unboxing video that starts before breaking the seal.
5. Important Note
- Exchanges or replacements are not offered. Refunds are the only resolution.
- Refunds will only be processed once we receive, review, and confirm the returned item or claim.
- We may request the return of damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items before processing a refund.
