If your order is confirmed as successfully delivered to the shipping address entered at the time the order was placed, H Mart Online is not responsible for any loss or theft that occurs after the delivery has been completed.
However, to minimize customer inconvenience, H Mart Online may assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier or delivery partner, depending on the delivery type and circumstances.
Please note that the outcome of any claim (including refund, compensation, or approval) is determined solely by the investigation results of the shipping carrier or related service provider. H Mart Online cannot guarantee the claim outcome.

1. Same Day Delivery
When your order begins shipping, H Mart Online will send a tracking link via email to the contact information provided with your order.
Please check the tracking updates regularly to stay informed of your delivery progress. Monitoring your shipment status and retrieving your package promptly after delivery confirmation can help prevent theft, loss, and potential damage to your order.
2. Direct Delivery (H Mart Online Delivery)
H Mart Online provides Direct Delivery Service for select areas in New Jersey and New York.
For your convenience, we will send three SMS notifications to the phone number provided at the time of order:
- When your order delivery has started
- Approximately 10–15 minutes before your order arrives
- When your order has been successfully delivered
To help prevent theft, loss, and ensure the safe receipt of your frozen and refrigerated items, we kindly ask that you pick up your order as soon as possible once delivery completion has been confirmed.
3. General Shipping (Carrier Delivery)
Once your Standard Shipping order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status and confirm the delivery progress through the carrier’s tracking system.
To help prevent lost or stolen packages, please regularly check your tracking information and make arrangements to receive your package promptly once it has been delivered.
